Refund Policy

Digital Products (Ebooks) All EK Endeavors products are digital ebooks delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, we accept return requests within 24 hours of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at kim@ekendeavors.com with your order number and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

We do not accept return requests after 24 hours of purchase. Final sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Files If you experience a technical issue with your download (corrupted file, wrong format, unable to open), please contact us at kim@ekendeavors.com and we will resolve it promptly — either with a replacement file or a full refund.

EU Customers In accordance with EU consumer protection law, EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. By downloading the ebook, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived upon access to the digital content.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges on digital products.
